Please note that Warehouse Billiards currently does not provide international shipping."

 

SHIPPING DELAYS

Warehouse Billiards is not liable for any shipping delays once the package has been received by FedEx. We do not have control over potential weather disruptions or the specific route taken for delivery. For an estimated time of arrival, please input your tracking details at FedEx.com

 

 

Refund and Returns Policy

 

 

INSPECT YOUR PURCHASE

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If you encounter any issues with your order, contact us immediately at (540)-795-7665 or via email at sales@warehousebilliards.com for prompt resolution of any concerns. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from receipt to return your items, provided they are new and unused. Please note that used items are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, inform us of the reason and include the original invoice that accompanied your shipment. You will need to return the item in its original packaging and insure it for its full value to guard against potential damage during the return process. Refunds will be issued following our receipt and inspection of the returned items. Please be aware that original shipping charges are not refundable, and customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs incurred in returning the item(s).

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Should you receive a package that is damaged, promptly document the damage and contact us without delay at (540)-795-7665. In the presence of the delivery driver, ensure they record the damage as well. This action will facilitate the processing of shipping claims. Please retain all products and packaging; the shipping company may need to examine them before settling a claim. If the package itself is damaged but the contents remain intact, make a note of the damage on all delivery receipts prior to signing them. In cases where the package damage also affects the merchandise, do not accept the delivery. Instead, refuse it and immediately inform us at (540)-795-7665. Upon discovering any item damage post-delivery, keep the shipping box and all packing materials, and promptly notify both the Shipping Company and Warehouse Billiards.
